With the majority of people in a mental state of uncertainty in this present climate and the struggle to maintain normalcy, LPC is needed now more than ever!
LPC encompasses so much more than just working out. This structure includes ONE contact person for each client, yielding a stronger connection between the coach and client. Your coach will be someone you can lean on as a resource for a variety of things to keep you healthy, productive, and positive during this time. It truly is a one stop shop that is innovative, creative, and backed by science.
LPC leverages the “pillar approach” as a roadmap to comprehensive & optimal wellness. Clients will focus on key pillars that “move the needle” quickly and efficiently to enable them to move forward as progress is made in the lifestyle factors that previously limited their success in reaching goals.
Fitness is only a small part of overall health & wellness. We affect huge change and help clients reach their goals through coaching on the pillars alone. If life is kicking your butt due to stress, poor sleep quality, and loss of control of daily life, we have the formula that works. We fix the inside first so that the outside takes care of itself.

Comprehensive packages includes 8 hours of customized coaching per month, plus seamless concierge style accountability support.
